Onboarding program

For New Employee, we care about what you need to perform your best. In order to help you settle in quickly and succeed in new role effectively, we’ve planned a 1-year on-boarding program for you,

1st and 2nd Day           ONE TU Orientation @ TUF Fish Plant, Samutsakorn / receive an Employee ID badge /
                                   receive a laptop, mobile phone (except employee who works at SM Tower, will receive on 3rd day at SM Tower)
                                   receive e-mail about On-boarding E-learning (please expect link from hris.tugroup@thaiunion.com)
1st Month                    On-boarding Follow up Survey #1
2nd – 3rd Month           Performance Management Plan (PMP)/ On-boarding Follow up Survey #2
4th Month                    Probation Assessment & Feedback
5th Month                    Individual Development Plan (IDP)
6th– 12th Month           Update & Support from Mentor
12th Month           Program Completion
