FLY Program (Future Leader is You Program) is 2-year Talent Development Program which takes 6 months of each year to implement the program. Program participants are selected by Management.
FLY Program is separated into 2 levels i.e. FLY1 for Assistant Section Manager/Section Manager and FLY2 for Deputy Department Manager/Department Manager. Its purpose is to develop skills and potential of participants in order to accelerate their growth, build employee engagement as well as retaining talent employees through participation in corporate business development projects.
This program covers
1. Business Knowledge and Concept
2. Strategic Thinking
3. Leading Change and Change Management
4. Management Skill (Team and Stakeholder)
5. Leadership and People Skill (Team Development)
Similar to other programs, FLY is designed based on 70-20-10 concept i.e.
1. Experiential learning, program participants will work with other participants from different functions from designing, executing and delivering project results within 6 months period.
2. Coaching by project sponsor (usually a management member) and also team coaching by professional coach so they can discover and unleash their potential
3. Classroom Training or E-learning covering the follow topics : Business Simulation/Game, Agile and Design Thinking, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Situation Leader and etc.
After completing the 6-month period of each year, program participants will be assessed on 6 values, Leadership Expectation and required competencies for managers.
